From April 5 to April 11, 2010, the 2010 Masters Tournament, founded by cliff Roberts and legendary golfer, Bobby Jones, is coming to the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. The Masters is the greatest and most challenging golf event, not only for players, but also for spectators, who may attend the tournament by Augusta National Golf Club invitation only. Tickets to the Masters are often called the toughest sports tickets to obtain, because they are sold only to members of a patrons’ list, for which the waiting list is already closed.
Because the players who play in the Masters Tournament play by invitation only, they play in small groups of three for the first two days. After Thursday and Friday’s tournament, players are eliminated by a "make the cut” process. To qualify, players should be either within 44 places of the lead, or within 10 strokes of the leader’s score. Except for the Thursday through Sunday Tournament, there are practice round days which allow the fans to take photos of the courses and the players. On Wednesday, the Par 3 contest is held, where you can enjoy a relaxing time among the great players at the beautiful golf courses.
Due to the exclusivity of the players and fans who can participate in the Masters, the atmosphere of the golf event is significantly different from that of other golf tournaments and major golf events such as U.S. Open Golf. We provide 2010 Masters tickets and Augusta, Georgia hotel accommodations, along with transportation, executive clubs, and hospitality staff services with our Masters Hospitality packages for our clients.
We had the opportunity of seeing the very impressive 2009 Masters tournament in which Kenny Perry, Ángel Cabrera, and Chad Campbell had a three-way playoff, and Cabrera became the first Argentinean champion of the Masters. The 2007 (Zach Johnson), 2008 (Trevor Immelman), and 2009 (Ángel Cabrera) Masters Tournaments all produced ambushing champions who had not been expected to win the titles. Non-US players consecutively won the 2008 and 2009 Masters. Tiger Woods, who won five times at the Masters, and Phil Michelson, who won twice, will have their keen eyes on the 2010 Masters champion.
