Rangers rout Sabres, 5 to 4, at March 27 Legends Night

"I must say, it was incredible," says a guest of Bryton Harry at the Rangers Legends Night at Madison Square Garden. "I am a really big hockey fan. This game is one of the best games I have ever watched live. This is just incredible. Incredible!"

Bryton Harry has teamed up with the New York Rangers to develop premier corporate events at sporting venues. The March 27 event showcased the unique VIP services available through this joint effort.

The evening began with an exclusive buffet dinner at the Rangers Club, reserved for season ticket holders and VIP guests. Legendary Rangers player Steve Vickers (1972-1982: GP 698, G 246, A 340, PTS 586, PIM 330) made a special appearance, mingling and taking photos with every guest. Vickers (pictured above, third person from the left) autographed publicity photos during the game. In addition, guests received various souvenirs, including T-shirts, sports bags, caps, sweatshirts, notebooks and more.

The winning combination of great people, world-class hockey and stellar hospitality made the event unforgettable.

"Meeting good people makes anything good," said Gordon. "Having a good time with good people together is really great!"

After dinner, guests moved to the arena, where they watched the Rangers from a 30-seat section located only eight rows off the ice. The night's game against the Buffalo Sabres exceeded all expectations, as the Rangers stormed back from a 4-2 third-period deficit to win, 5 to 4. NHL point leader Jaromir Jagr starred for the home team, delivering the goods with each appearance on the ice. He scored the tie goal that sent the game to a shootout. Jagr also matched teammate Adam Graves's single-season record of 52 goals. Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist made eight saves in the final period and overtime, finishing with a flawless shootout performance.

Vickers stayed with guests until the end of the game. Afterward, he shook hands with every attendee and posed for more photos (see above). Although retired, Vickers won the hearts of new fans with his easygoing personality and warm attitude.
